Week 1: Introduction to Cooking

  • Familiarization with kitchen equipment and tools;
  • Basics of kitchen safety and hygiene;
  • Food cutting and preparation techniques;
  • Cooking simple dishes: omelets, salads, soups.

Week 2: Basics of Heat Cooking

  • Frying, boiling, baking: how to choose a cooking method;
  • Cooking meat and fish: from steaks to fillets;
  • Side dishes: potatoes, vegetables, grains;
  • Desserts: cookies, muffins.

Week 3: Seasonal cooking

  • Using seasonal products;
  • Cooking with local ingredients;
  • Preserving food: freezing, canning;
  • Creating a weekly menu.

Week 4: Presentation and serving

  • The basics of food presentation;
  • Decorating plates;
  • Setting the table for different occasions;
  • Final master class: preparing a full meal.
