Course Program
Week 1: Introduction to Cooking
- Familiarization with kitchen equipment and tools;
- Basics of kitchen safety and hygiene;
- Food cutting and preparation techniques;
- Cooking simple dishes: omelets, salads, soups.
Week 2: Basics of Heat Cooking
- Frying, boiling, baking: how to choose a cooking method;
- Cooking meat and fish: from steaks to fillets;
- Side dishes: potatoes, vegetables, grains;
- Desserts: cookies, muffins.
Week 3: Seasonal cooking
- Using seasonal products;
- Cooking with local ingredients;
- Preserving food: freezing, canning;
- Creating a weekly menu.
Week 4: Presentation and serving
- The basics of food presentation;
- Decorating plates;
- Setting the table for different occasions;
- Final master class: preparing a full meal.
