Course Program
Week 1: Fundamentals of Italian Cuisine
- Introduction to Italian cuisine: history and regional characteristics;
- Introduction to basic ingredients: olive oil, basil, Parmesan cheese;
- Preparing classic pasta: tagliatelle and pesto;
- Secrets of sauce preparation: tomato, Alfredo, pesto.
Week 2: Pasta and pizza
- Making pasta by hand: ravioli, lasagna;
- Preparing pasta sauces: Bolognese, carbonara;
- Basics of pizza making: dough, sauce, toppings;
- Baking pizza at home.
Week 3: Italian appetizers and desserts
- Preparing antipasti: bruschetta, caprese;
- The basics of risotto preparation;
- Italian desserts: tiramisu, cannoli;
- Secrets of food presentation and serving.
Week 4: Italian cuisine for every day
- Creating a weekly menu;
- Preparing simple and quick dishes: pasta with garlic and olive oil, pan pizza;
- Using seasonal products;
- Tips for storing and processing leftovers.
