Course Program

Week 1: Fundamentals of Italian Cuisine

  • Introduction to Italian cuisine: history and regional characteristics;
  • Introduction to basic ingredients: olive oil, basil, Parmesan cheese;
  • Preparing classic pasta: tagliatelle and pesto;
  • Secrets of sauce preparation: tomato, Alfredo, pesto.

Week 2: Pasta and pizza

  • Making pasta by hand: ravioli, lasagna;
  • Preparing pasta sauces: Bolognese, carbonara;
  • Basics of pizza making: dough, sauce, toppings;
  • Baking pizza at home.

Week 3: Italian appetizers and desserts

  • Preparing antipasti: bruschetta, caprese;
  • The basics of risotto preparation;
  • Italian desserts: tiramisu, cannoli;
  • Secrets of food presentation and serving.

Week 4: Italian cuisine for every day

  • Creating a weekly menu;
  • Preparing simple and quick dishes: pasta with garlic and olive oil, pan pizza;
  • Using seasonal products;
  • Tips for storing and processing leftovers.
