Format: 2 classes per week, 2 hours each.

Course Program
Week 1: Baking Basics
- Introduction to basic ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, leavening agents;
- Dough mixing techniques: shortcrust, yeast, puff pastry;
- Preparing classic desserts: cookies, muffins, cupcakes;
- Basics of decorating: glazes, sprinkles, creams.
Week 2: Pies and cakes
- Preparing dough for pies: shortcrust, puff pastry;
- Fillings for pies: apple, berry, cottage cheese;
- Basics of making sponge cakes and creams;
- Assembling and decorating cakes.
Week 3: No-bake desserts
- Preparing desserts without using an oven: mousses, jellies, crème brûlée;
- Basics of working with chocolate: tempering, creating chocolate decorations;
- Preparing desserts in glasses: tiramisu, panna cotta, cheesecake.
Week 4: Holiday baking
- Preparing holiday desserts: stollen, panettone, Christmas gingerbread;
- Basics of working with fondant and marzipan;
- Decorating holiday cakes and desserts;
- Creating a menu for a holiday table.
